Security and change control

Retention and deletion
- Paid-site crawl snapshots: up to 90 days or the last six crawls, whichever preserves more in-window evidence.
- Free-scan snapshots: 30 days.
- Support diagnostic bundles: up to 30 days after submission.
- Cancelled-account configuration and patch data: 60-day reactivation window before purge.
- Billing records and audit evidence: may be retained for seven years; suppression records remain so opt-outs continue to work.
Accessibility
- Keyboard-operable product and public-page flows are covered by automated checks.
- Semantic labels, status announcements, contrast, and reduced-motion behavior are tested.
- Accessibility issues can be reported through the public support channel.
- No accessibility certification or universal-conformance guarantee is claimed.
Service levels
- The public status page reads the live API health check.
- Operational and security concerns can be reported through the public support channel.
- No contractual uptime or response-time guarantee applies unless it appears in a separately signed agreement.
Service providers and subprocessors
We use each provider only for the function and activation state named here:
- Cloudflare: Application hosting, storage, queues, security, and content delivery
- Stripe: Subscription billing and payment processing
- Google: Authentication and an optional read-only Search Console connection; used only when that feature is enabled
- Resend: Transactional account and product email when enabled; used only when that feature is enabled
- Instantly: Separately approved business-outreach delivery when enabled; used only when that feature is enabled
- Apollo: Licensed business contact research and enrichment for approved US outreach; used only when that feature is enabled
- BrightLocal: Customer-authorized local-listing fulfillment when ordered; used only when that feature is enabled
- Anthropic: Bounded Operator assistance only after its separate privacy and activation gates; used only when that feature is enabled
